| | ITS SUMMER AND I'VE DECIDED THAT I HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO UPDATE FOUR BLOGS SO I'M REMOVING MY HIATUS SIGN BECAUSE I'M COMING IN! MY FIRST WEEK OF SUMMER IS HEATING UP. FROM A TRIP TO FONTANA, NOW I'VE GONE TO KUALA LUMPUR MALAYSIA. I'M UPDATING FROM KL NOW SO JUST READ THE SUCCESION OF ENTRIES I'VE PUT TOGETHER FOR SOME KIND OF A RECORD. SEE YA LATER. _________________________________________________________________________
I'm now at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia updating from a computer at MACA centre.
We left from the Philippines last March 26, 2006 at about 2:00pm. We were riding a plane which will stop over at Singapore for about 3 hours. The trip from Philippines to Singapore was about 3 hours. The 3 hours in the plane was mostly spent on iPod tripping, gaming and watching movies. It wasn't that boring because I was mostly concentrated at the movie I was watching which was HP Goblet of Fire. The movie ran for 2 hours and 30 minutes which left 30 more minutes of waiting time. Then we landed at Singapore. The Singapore airport was very nice as compared to what I've remembered when I was seven. There were a lot of shops so my mom and I looked around for awhile. I was able to buy a book, a watch, chocolates and psp games and computer games. I bought NFS Most Wanted 5-1-0 for my PSP game and Rainbow Six Lockdown for my Computer game. 30 minutes before our flight, we went to our designated gate which was F34. It was then changed to gate F50 so we had to rush before the gate closes. The trip from Singapore to Malaysia was very short, about 30-45 minutes. Arriving at Malaysia, I took a good look at their airport. It was very nice, compared to ours. They had a train to transfer you from one gate to another, just like Hongkong's airport, as I've remembered. We arrived at the hotel at around 11pm.
The next day, Monday, my mom and I visited the mall which was very near our hotel. They were featuring brands very similar to ours. Bossini, Giordano, BodyGlove and all sorts were in that mall. It was called Putra Place. After browsing at the shops, we then went back to the hotel for some rest. I was fixing my LJ at that time. Then we decided to go to the KLCC. It was a very large mall with the typical stores and shops. We asked for some directions from a concierge guy and some transportation tips. He said, "Traffic jam. Now. Take train. No Taxi. Traffic. KLCC. Far. Take train. Yes?" Thats what he said. Seriously, I didn't catch that. We just asked him to write directions for the train in a piece of paper. We hoped we'd understand it. We travelled by train for about 20 minutes and then, we got to our destination, KLCC. It was a very high end place which looked even better than Rockwell. We looked around, got some money exchanged and browsed the shops. I bought a pair of shades (for Boracay!), 3 watches, and some Esprit Items. I was supposed to buy a Ferrari brand wallet but it was out of stock. We ate dinner afterwards. I ate Japanese while my Mom ate American. I don't like Malaysian food. TOO SPICY. My tongue is really sensitive when it comes to SPICY. I do like their bread called Rotti, but the rest are nothing of interest.
The next day, Tuesday, my mom brought me to MACA Centre. It was a good place. Somewhere I loved because of the presence of my babies, computers. I loved it so much more when I found out that they have Internet access. Yaay. My mom and I were brought to Putrajaya Lake, Putrajaya for dinner. It was a government center with great looking mosques, structures and buildings. We ate at a restaurant with HALAL food. HALAL was a term used for Malaysian food (otherwise known as spicy food "shudder"). Pictures available at my multiply.
Right now, I'm doing nothing until the end of the day. We'll be going to Saloma Theatre Restaurant for dinner later this evening. We'll be going back to the hotel earlier so that we'll have a chance to browse some shops at nearby malls. I'll be updating this evening. Ciao. |
